I’ve been working with cheese since 2013, following flavor across dairies, vineyards, restaurants, and markets—and finding inspiration in every corner. I’m a Certified Cheese Professional, Certified Cicerone, and Certified Sommelier, with a deep belief in food and drink as vessels for connection, memory, and joy.

I grew up in rural Virginia, where slowness, seasonality, and shared meals shaped the way I see the world. My family roots stretch from Alsace to Naples—places where food isn’t just sustenance, it’s identity. That lineage is present in everything I do.

Over the years, I’ve owned and helped grow award-winning small businesses, competed in the Cheesemonger Invitational, and turned a pop-up into a successful restaurant from the ground up. Whether I’m catering, teaching, or consulting, I bring both precision and imagination to the table—crafting experiences that last long after the last bite.

When I’m not working with food or collaborating with clients, you’ll likely find me in the garden, on a bike ride, or floating in a body of water—hopefully with good food and wine in reach.
